Excellent self checking service

I enjoyed my stay for one night, especially the clean, comfy double room and the eco-friendly check-in process. Relaxing on the nearby beach and sipping cocktails by the pool made it a great getaway. The room was nice, but a bit more light would have been lovely. 😊

i had a lovely stay at the clarendon! the superior suite with a sea view was stunning, and the decor was very pleasant. the location is perfect, close to the beach, and it was so nice to relax by the sea. the receptionist was super friendly and made us feel welcome. definitely up for coming back!

We had a lovely stay in a double room on the 2nd floor. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, flat-screen TV, and fridge. The newly renovated bathroom had a walk-in shower and quality toiletries. The location was perfect, right opposite the beach, with plenty of local restaurants nearby. Plus, the staff were super friendly.

great views but lacking in basics

Our stay in the family room with sea view offered spectacular sights right from the window. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive during our visit, making check-in straightforward.

The amenities in our room didn't meet expectations.

We had a fantastic time exploring this beautiful seaside town with friends. We enjoyed the stunning views from our room and had a blast at the nearby Tides Leisure, where we soaked up the sun at the pool. Catching the performance of Romeo & Juliet at the Chapterhouse Theatre was a memorable highlight during our stay. The location was perfect for our adventures!

Unfortunately, the mattress in our room was pretty uncomfortable. It felt like we could feel every spring considering the price we paid for our stay.

excellent base for exploring deal's charming seaside attractions

This charming spot surprised me with how everything seemed new, including the marvellous bathroom that made my stay comfy and enjoyable while being just a few steps away from Deal Pier and great dining options around, making it a perfect place for a weekend city stroll.

i recently stayed in a double room with sea view and the experience exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, just steps from the beach, and the views over the sea were absolutely stunning. unlike my previous stay in deal, the facilities here were well-maintained and very comfortable.

Cozy stay, great location!

We had a lovely 2-night stay in a decent sized room on the 2nd floor with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. The aircon was a lifesaver! Staff were super friendly and gave us fab tips for local eats. Only bummer was the narrow stairs—def a workout. Their restaurant looked great too!

charming, charming, charming

I absolutely adored being steps away from the beach with stunning sea views right from my room! The unique check-in process made me feel like I was in a cozy hideaway rather than a typical hotel. Plus, the mini bar stocked with delightful snacks was the cherry on top for evening relaxation!

great location but not perfect

The location opposite the pier is fantastic for access to the beach and nearby eateries. I appreciated the friendly receptionist who was eager to assist and the thoughtful touch of bottled water in the fridge.

Paid parking can add up quickly if you're there for multiple nights.

The room offered a lovely sea view and was clean, but the night was quite noisy with a fridge hum and bathroom issues. Unfortunately, I couldn't regulate the shower temperature, and the lack of breakfast options was noted. the location was fantastic and made the experience enjoyable.
